Returns & Refund Policy
At Artevaris, every product is carefully inspected before it leaves our hands. We work exclusively with master artisans whose craftsmanship meets our exacting standards, and we take quality seriously at every step. If something is not right, please reach out — we are here to help.
Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. Items must be returned in their original condition — unused, unaltered, and in original, undamaged packaging.
Before You Return: Required Steps
All returns require prior approval. Before sending anything back, you must:
- Contact us first — email us at returns@artevaris.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will confirm whether the return is approved before any item is sent back.
- Send photos — provide clear photographs of the item from all sides, as well as photos of the original packaging. Returns submitted without photographic documentation will not be accepted.
- Await our confirmation — we will review your request and respond within 2 business days. Only returns that have received written approval from Artevaris will be accepted.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be eligible for a refund.
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:
- Made-to-order and custom pieces — items crafted specifically for you or personalised to your specifications
- Personalised or monogrammed items — any item altered, engraved, or customised at your request
- Single-unit items removed from production — items that were available as a single unit and have been discontinued or removed from our catalogue following their sale
- Items showing signs of use, alteration, or damage caused by the buyer
- Items returned after 30 days from the date of purchase
- Items returned without prior written approval from our team
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a confirmed defect or an error on our part: Artevaris covers return shipping costs in full.
- If the return is not due to any fault on our part (change of mind, incorrect choice, etc.): return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service for all returns. Artevaris cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
Damaged or Defective Items
Every item is thoroughly inspected before dispatch. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at returns@artevaris.com
- Include your order number and clear photographs of the damage (both the item and the packaging from all sides)
- Retain the original packaging — it is required for carrier insurance claims
We will assess your case within 2 business days and arrange a resolution.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- Credit/debit card refunds: 5–10 business days (bank processing time)
- PayPal refunds: 1–3 business days
You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your refund has been processed.
Custom & Personalised Orders
Made-to-order and personalised pieces represent significant time and skill invested by our artisans and cannot be returned unless they arrive with a confirmed manufacturing defect. We strongly encourage customers to review all product specifications, dimensions, and material descriptions before placing an order.
