One of the most meaningful things about working with master artisans is this: they can make things for you. At Artevaris, we facilitate bespoke commissions and personalized pieces — from a walking cane carved to your exact height, to a leather bag in a color only you will carry.
What We Offer
Personalization on Existing Pieces
Many of our products can be personalized with no changes to the design. Common personalizations include:
- Monogramming — initials or full name engraved or embossed on leather goods, canes, jewelry
- Custom engravings — dates, short messages, coordinates, signatures
- Color customization — selecting a specific leather color, wood finish, or metal tone
- Size adjustments — cane length, belt length, bracelet circumference
- Gift wrapping & message cards — available on all orders
Full Custom Commissions
For a truly bespoke piece, we connect you directly with the artisan. You describe what you have in mind — or share reference images — and the artisan provides a quote and timeline. Examples of commissions we have facilitated:
- A matched set of carved walking canes with family crests for a wedding gift
- A full-grain leather briefcase with custom interior layout and brass hardware
- A sterling silver necklace with a pendant shaped from a personal sketch
- A hand-painted silk scarf based on a client's original artwork
- A bespoke chess set with hand-carved pieces in ebony and boxwood
How the Process Works
- Submit your request — Fill out the form below describing what you are looking for. Include reference images if possible.
- We review & match — Within 48 hours, we will identify the right artisan(s) for your project and contact you to confirm.
- Artisan consultation — You receive a direct communication from the artisan (facilitated through our team) to discuss design, materials, and timeline.
- Quote & approval — You receive a formal quote. No work begins until you approve and pay a deposit (typically 50%).
- Production — Your piece is crafted. For significant commissions, we provide progress updates and photos from the workshop.
- Delivery — Your piece is shipped with full insurance and tracking. The final balance is due before shipment.

All custom and made-to-order pieces are non-refundable unless they arrive with a manufacturing defect or differ materially from the agreed specifications. We will always share design details and obtain your written approval before production begins.

Artevaris is proud to work with individuals and businesses on meaningful gift commissions. We have fulfilled custom orders for:
