Custom Orders

Many pieces in our collection can be personalized, and for selected products we can arrange custom requests through our suppliers. Here is what is possible.

Personalization on Existing Pieces

Where a product supports it, we can offer:

• Monogramming & engraving — initials, a name, a date or a short message on eligible leather goods, canes and metal pieces
• Color or finish selection — choosing an available leather color, wood finish or metal tone where options exist
• Size adjustments — cane length, belt length or bracelet circumference on items that offer sizing
• Gift wrapping & message cards — available on all orders

Not every product can be personalized. If you tell us the item you are interested in, we will confirm what is possible for that specific piece.

Custom Requests

For certain products we can pass a custom request — such as an engraving, a personalization or a specific finish — to the supplier, and confirm feasibility, price and timeline before you order. We are honest about what can and cannot be done: if a request is not possible, we will tell you.

How the Process Works

1. Submit your request — Tell us the product and what you would like. Include reference images if helpful.
2. We check feasibility — We confirm with the supplier whether the request is possible and what it involves.
3. Quote & timeline — You receive the price and estimated production time. Nothing proceeds until you approve.
4. Production — Once approved and paid, your personalized item is prepared.
5. Delivery — Your order is shipped with tracking.

Personalized and made-to-order pieces are non-refundable unless they arrive with a defect or differ materially from the agreed specifications. We always confirm the details and obtain your approval before any personalization begins.

We are happy to help with gift personalization and larger orders. For 5 or more personalized pieces, contact us for volume pricing.
